The 'loids
They're a small council,the three are originally mute,but they can speak,thanks for their voicebanks. Another feature of the voicebanks is that it can change voices - the headphones are a must,in order to speak.
Vocaloid: The leader of the council,she's a Maine coon mix - she's a determined kitty!! Her voicebank is the most real sounding one out of all,others sound more metallic
Utauloid:A low-ranked noble,She has been with Vocaloid for a long time. She didn't wanted to be involved in the council,because she is self-conscious about her abilities. :[
Fanloid:Another low ranked noble,she DOES have headphones,but I didn't drew it for,,, reasons PhantaShush PhantaShush

Not alot stuff to say about them,they're just a trio!
XP: A black-winged snowpinch,a low ranked noble who just want to have a good time with his buds!
HP:A snowpinch,also a Medical Assistant,,
MP: a canary,who is called "a chick" due to his appearance WDMEKEKWK

Soundwave: a snowshoe mix,Sound's Non-cannon sister,and Studio's non-cannon litter. Even though she's a low ranked noble,she is excited to be part of Media. She's happy as a kitty,but she starts to question particular stuff about herself as she gets older. (( I redesigned her to look more like... a particular character)))
Dead Pixel: basically Virus v2. He's one of the mages who tried to hybrid technology with magic,but during his experiments,something has gone wrong..
