Ha ha actually they also do it while, uhm "mating-dancing" XD And when they get over excited... So yeah they do it for differernt reasons and sometimes is difficult to guess the trigger (though in the case of the food it's most clear XD)

I've read all over the place "oh they do that because they are so happy!" but actually it also happens when something tickles them or bite them and stuff ^^

They do this when they're happy or excited It's called a 'Binky' [link]
Not all rabbits do it though(my rabbit has only done it a few times)
