It's a more than quick coloured sketch and - hey, it's "The Ring of the Nibelung" fanart again!

Mime (a Nibelung) and Loge (the Demigod of Fire).

Loge finds Mime, whining after being tortured by his brother Alberich (who owns the mighty ring) - and promises to help him.
In the Barenboim/Kupfer-production Mime totally freaks out (well, he's a little crazy guy full of self pity - and some silly cravings for revenge), crying about his tortures and his poor little life, clinging at Loge, shaking him like crazy and so on.
It's a hilarious scene.
