Wow, great backstory. Your transition from "moth eater" to "moth eaten" is genius.

Das ist mal ein vΓΆllig anderer Charsheet, als die die man sonst so sieht! Und die Idee ist mal richtig genial! Es verleiht dem Charakter mehr Tiefe und IndividualitΓ€t.

Creepy. You have a lot of morbid art, but at least there's a clear message behind it that tells a truth. I like the concept of this though, as I said, it creeps me out to see. The concept is spot on though, especially for me because of my problem with fur. It really does creep me out and make me super nervous just to be near. I get wigged out, paranoid, and highly uncomfortable around it. My eyes lower to the ground with a half turned head, I find myself nervously rubbing my arm and hands, I can't even think straight. And all the while all I can see is a life taken and then this - the art you've displayed here. A tormented body ripped of its skin. We have horror stories with things like that in it, charred demons from hell with spikes protruding from their exterior and sinister grins. Funny thing is though, they are not evil at all but we as humans tend to relate to that quite well. We classify things that we resemble in a way. If only people looked the way they thought. I'm sure the beautiful ones would be scarce in a world like that. Eh..listen to me ramble. Well, I haven't talked to you before though I'd rather do so in a note. I talked with Culpeo a few times though. I haven't forgotten about the naturally shed fox fur/hair bracelet but unfortunately, I couldn't collect near as much as I needed. Hopefully later this year I will be able to do some work with another refuge though that has red and gray foxes there. Either or, I'll be able to get fennec hair shortly. I'll make sure to send some your way too as a thank you for your work in helping animals and actually stepping forward for things you're passionate about. Plus, I know you'd love to have some fur from an animal you relate to without hurting it and in turn, benefiting it.
...This is what happens when I don't talk to anyone for a few days, I find something to talk about and you get this rant. Hope you enjoyed it or at least that it didn't bother you too much to be my vent.
Toodles! ;3

Wow...please give me time to answer you comment. There are much things to tell (I'm often so lame with answering comments. Mainly because I'm afraid to write something stupid in English - so please forgive me ) And yes, I enjoyed your "little rant" very much

Hmm, I get a similar feeling sometimes. It's not really a creepy or nervous feeling for me, just an odd one. My parents own a cottage, and it was purchased recently, fully-furnished. One of the things adorning the wall was a wolf pelt. It always sort of bothers me in some subtle way. The way it's been stripped of it's fur, and spread like a torturer's victim, legs splayed, on a wall. Like a form of humiliation after death, on an undeserving victim. A lack of respect. Killed to be a pretty thing on a wall. It's not like blankets of fur, or parkas, or anything of that nature. Even if it's not necessary to use fur for those, at least the death served some purpose. And it's not there to represent anything either, there is no reverence for the pelt.
When I put myself in that position, I wouldn't be so angered to learn I was killed to provide clothing (unless that clothing is exclusively for appearance) or food. Though I would do all I could to survive, including killing my attacker, as any other animal would, I accept that being killed is part of nature. But to be killed only to be made into a decoration would cause me to feel anger and hatred. I know death, I've sent it hurtling toward other creatures faster than anything could ever run, but there is an understanding there...that this is not a meaningless death, not a meaningless kill, it was an act of a predator against its prey. A different sort of predator perhaps, one with a tactic no other animal can use, but still a predator nonetheless. Not better than the prey, not worse, just higher on the food chain. And this wolf could not have that satisfaction of knowing its death had that same purpose. It was killed as though it were inferior, as though its life were cheap enough to be thrown away for someone's aesthetic pleasure.
Well, who knows if Skia will rant back to you, but I guess you got someone else at least.
