And so we reach page 9, also know as the one where Alpha was supposed to gratuitously vomit. I mean, he kinda does, but its a touch more implied than shown. Unfortunately, poor Alpha has no time to recover... for he's come face to face with the monster behind it all... At last, he and Malacari come face to face...
By the way, how do you think the boss will react to the fact that the Freedom Fighters were too slow to catch Maurice and Carlos at point blank range? (Spoilers... Not happily...)
It's been a while since I used a white background... (they're problematic, because the lines directing who the text bubble belongs to is also white... but I think you can figure out who they belong to on this page...

Great tension build up leading to main hero finally meeting the villan. I have no idea why but I think the pacing works so well in this page.

Now that's second time Carlos was being draged around by (a version of) Sonic. If it wasn't for the circumstances I'd say it's prppably fun.
