Does anyone else think that Battershy would've been a more clever portmanteau than Flutterbat? Whatever.Edit: Featured on Equestria Daily 12/30/13 , boy was I surprised!

Flutterbat does seem kind of awkward, but whenever we see a new form of Fluttershy, the fandom always makes the portmandeau [Flutter + whatever thing she is], ex. Fluttertree, Flutterspy, Flutterhulk, etc. www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbBPDR…

Personally, as she's not a regular bat but a vampire bat, I prefer names like Dracushy, or Nosferashy.

Well, she wasn't shy anymore as a bat, but she was able to flutter so by definition's sake, I'd still go with Flutterbat. Although Battershy does sound more slick

I think Flutterbat is a better name than Battershy, saying Battershy is a bit of a mouth full and plus Flutterbat is easier and cooler to say with Fluttershy as a vampire
