Description

My take on a redesigned Princess Luna. She's easily my favourite of the royals (of course I like the goth princess) and I wanted to have some fun with her design. The idea is that her time as Nightmare Moon permanently altered her appearance. Her wings became more bat-like and the NM's darker coat stained her around her cutiemark.

The wings I wanted to sort of look like a piece of the night sky and the her mane, I was going for something sorta reminiscent of an aurora. I thought the lighter colours would contrast nicely with her overall darker design and give her a more ethereal look.

Might do the other princesses between other arts and stuff.
