If you want a commission of a Pernese dragon somewhere along these lines, my prices for fullbodies start at $40, with +$5 for medium mutations (things that modify the line of the dragon a little, like headknobs that are a different shape,) and +$10 for complex mutations (extra limbs, other major anatomy complications).
