A template I and ~Myuwt created based on a smaller Meme running on 4Chan.Note: This is not a drawing Meme. It's alot more like a Google meme where you paste images that fit for each box.

You could easily edit it in MSPaint via transparency. Mostly it's just copy/pasting things into the squares.
