I've always had anger issues. Because of how isolated I felt as a kid, I never learned how to properly communicate my feelings. Instead I just let my emotions build up inside of me over time, and as bad as I know this is, I can't just stop doing it when I want to. Every little nuisance and inconvenience slowly adds up over time. Most times I can feel my anger boiling inside my gut, and it doesn't take much pushing to get me to go off like a bomb on the nearest unfortunate soul. Events like this made me become close friends with the school principal when I was younger (). Thinking about it makes me sick, but it's a part of who I am and I have to deal with it whether I like it or not.

On a slight tangent, I feel that the game "Celeste" does an excellent job at representing your inner demons, and has some really valuable lessons in it. If you haven't seen it, I highly suggest watching a play-through or playing the game for yourself.
