This base IS paint friendly. Just like all her other bases. The uncolored ones are just entirely transparent. Transparency has become a problem for ms paint users because it leaves the background entirely black.
For all of you people who complain about it not being paint friendly.
Download it. Take a screenshot when NOT being in the paint program. Go into the picture. Paste it. Crop it. Paste it again. Done.

press download image if using paint, it'll work, i have paint and it's a big issue i have with other bases, too.

If that doesn't work, you can get Photoshop, people use that and it's free. But if you're used to paint it's hard to use because there's a lot of layering and new tools.

press button 2 (the button on the right side of the mouse or mouse pad) then press "save as" when you do that there won't be any extra black. if that's not the problem then press download then it will be useable, if it's both then do them both press download then do the rest I said in the first sentence.
