Las púas también pueden ser usadas como técnica de acupuntura; ya sea para cambiar la presión sanguínea de una herida, liberar adrenalina o paralizar temporalmente un musculo a ella o a los demás.

Limitaciones: las limitaciones de Miss Queen están más relacionadas a la creatividad de su usuaria, si esta no piensa rápido que quiere hacer, su stand se limitara a protegerla solo a ella. Aunque puede usar sus agujas para suturar heridas, no puede mantener heridas graves cerradas por mucho tiempo, solo se limita a unir partes mutiladas si estas no están muy dañadas.

Ability: "Miss Queen" is a Support Stand; It is composed of a lot of spikes that interlock to create a humanoid form with the ability to attack or defend its user, this also allows it to detach parts of its body to launch attacks from a distance. She can decompose her physical form into various spikes to create constructions by interlocking them with each other, her user is very aware of the range of each spike that makes up her stand, so she can use them to alert herself to the presence of any enemy or ally who has one, as if it were a locator.
