I'm vaguely reminded of Lord Nyax/Irek Ismaren from the old star wars novels, only your design makes more practical sense. Lord Nyax looked like he'd skewer himself if he actually tried to move, let alone get in a lightsaber duel, while your design keeps its blades effectively out of the way on the shoulders and fingertips. Also, the helmet is interesting. I wonder, would it move with the wearer's head or would the head move inside it, the inner surface being one-way glass?
