Reason left side is purple and grey is because I feel that the werehog form is starting to re-emerge from sonic’s body

so half of his werehog and the other is pure sonic
it only effects his appearance not his personality though because of the scar that he got at some point in forces (non-canon) he has become a lot more serious when going against Eggman

the cyan lines and tattoos are to connect him towards tikal and the chaos energy along with silver (posible descendent/son/grandson/newphe

some elements are inspired by other redesigns and a design for sonic boom 2
