FantômeRouge (RedPhantom) or Rouge is calm beat. He is also genius, charming, polite, athletic and elegant. He is a phantom thief who is the leader of the LupinBeats. He is pretty fast; he catching or stealing things faster than the blink of an eye, escape luckily and runs faster than an avenge person. He never get caught, but RedPolice is the only one who had caught him. Desprite this, Rouge finds him serious, but handsome and will love him dearly. He loves collecting unique things, treasures, gems and cool gargets. He also works as an waiter in Bistrot Jurer, a French restaurant that owns by a butler, who is serves the LupinBeats.

Despite of his calm personality, he is serious, violence and vengeful. Which as the solution of; his parents' death, the lost of his older brother to MafiaGlace (His arch-rival) and the murder of his best friend FantômeVert. He is also very caution, overprotective his loved ones, specially RedPolice.

He also loves fashion, wearing fancy outfits.

AkaKeisatsu (RedPolice) or Aka Hinode is a very serious beat. He is also hot-blooded, daring and cold. He is a passionate police officer who takes his job as a cop seriously. He is the leader of the PatBeats and works at GSPO (Mostly in Sakupan Branch). He always catches criminals, thief and other bad people. But he didn't catch RedPhantom, who is pretty fast for him. Due of this, he hates him, though RedPhantom loves him. It was until he notice that Rouge shows his feeling to him and also realize that he had a crush on him. Despite trying to catch him, he rarely likes him in secret, impressed about his skills and abilities. He dislikes everyone who catches Rouge, but himself.

Despite of his cold and hot-blooded personality, he is kind, caring and sweet. He always take care his siblings when his mother was at work. He also cares his loved ones. Much as this, he started to love Rouge, caring for him when needed.

Both of them uses their guns as their weapons. Rouge has shadow powers, while Aka has electric powers (which helps to uses as a taser or literally on Rouge just for teasing).

Rouge rides a Red Fighter Jet that turns into a motorcycle, which Aka drives his car that turns into a police cruiser.

They both had an good aim, better eyesight and good hearing.

Rouge had a cousin. It's PinkPolice/MomoKeisatsu, she is also part of PatBeats.

The three little orange-like shapes are known as Strikers. Goodie (The one with a phantom thief hat), Junkai (The one with a police hat) and Jack (The one with a crown and a cape). They wear the same outfit.
