You know about the saying of "two heads are better than one",
well this person or rather, these two person is an example of that.

Naomi (the one on the right) and Ruth (the one on the left) is a very rare kind of conjoined twins. Instead of having two bodies conjoined together like most conjoined twins have, they only have one body. Or rather, half of the body belongs to Naomi and the other half belongs to Ruth.

The design/ inspiration for the character comes from the conjoined twins, Abby and Brittany Hensei.
