Done for a submission for one of my uni modules last year, here's a skeleton with directional labels. Free to use as a diagram by anyone studying a subject related to anatomy. If anyone at my uni spots this and wants to confirm that I did indeed make this drawing myself, I'm happy to work out someway to confirm I didn't plagiarise myself.

I worked off a couple different resources to get everything correct.

If you're wanting an illustration of a skeleton to use in an academic resource, please tell me about the project in the comments below. There's a good chance I'll be fine with you using this, but I'm also open to doing commissions for something like that, if it's appropriate.

I'm honestly really happy with how these two drawings turned out, even independently of the assignment they were for.
