Personality: A serious and mysterious fellow, Sergeant often prefers to be on his own and in nature. Due to his large size and wolflike appearance, he is often excluded from community gatherings, as others tend to fear his presence. He doesn't mind this, however, and only comes into towns to restock on supplies before moving on once more. He doesn't talk much, and carries himself in a relaxed yet alert manner, an air of calm authority frequently coming from him. Aloof yet keenly observant, Sergeant has learned how to read other animals better than he lets on. When he was younger, his desperation to prove himself would often get him into unnecessary scraps, thus his numerous scars. Now, however, he is mostly a pacifist, only using force and violence when there is no other option. He is ferociously loyal to those few whom he considers his friends and will do whatever it takes to protect them.

Background: Born to a wolf mother and shepherd father, Sergeant Strongheart was an only pup. His puppyhood, though what some would call turbulent, was full of adventure and new places to explore as he and his parents went from place to place in search of the perfect home.
By the time he reached a year old, he was being taught how to hunt and fight by his mother and humility and archery by his father.
Always a quiet pup, Sergeant frequently concerned his parents with how little he interacted with others, yet, once they asked, they found he liked it that way, being alone. So they left him in peace.
At two years old, Sergeant left home, his mother's feather and father's bow gifts he would cherish for life.
Ever since then, he's been a wanderer, moving from place to place, following the seasons, and treading in the pawsteps of his wild ancestors.

Relations: His father, Apache, mother, Libby, and Callie, his best friend

He possesses an extraordinary level of stamina and endurance, and is able to move at a brisk trot for hours without stopping

Although both are full blooded wolf and shepherd, neither of his parents had golden eyes, it is unknown where Sarge got his eye color from

His largest scar was caused by a bear. He rushed in and saved two cougar cubs from getting eaten by a black bear

He has impeccable aim, and is considered one of the best archers out there.
