When the Aether broke free from its containment, held by the Convexians, it took everything away from them. Their culture, language, home, and their lives; all stripped away by the Aether. What remains of the original Convexians were mere servants for the aether; empty, corrupted husks of their original selves.Before the Dark Masters existed, even before it came to Earth, the Aether left a trail of destruction and extinction in its wake.
