Various world flags - the 30 most populous countries, plus some others. How many can you recognize?
Row 1: Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil
Row 2: Canada, China, Colombia, Dem. Rep. of the Congo, Denmark
Row 3: Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Greece
Row 4: India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Italy
Row 5: Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Myanmar (Burma), the Netherlands
Row 6: Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, S. Africa
Row 7: S. Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand
Row 8: Turkey, Ukraine, U.K., U.S., Vietnam
I've noticed that in general, darker-colored and more complex flags came out better. Poor Japan, which is neither, reminds me of a salted duck egg ([link] ).
