One of the Outer Gods and the son of Azathoth. Messenger of the Outer Gods. The Crawling Chaos. Described as one of the most evil beings in all of Lovecraftian fiction. Nyarlathotep is by far one of the most active eldritch being in the universe, helping to manage many Old One Cult activities. Nyarlathotep is said to be a shapeshifter, having a myriad of forms he could take. He could also transfer his conciousness into these avatars to better enact his will. He enjoys spreading madness, despair, and chaos wherever he goes and will often do this to humanity rather than committing wanton destruction. However it should also be said that he will be responsible for the destruction of humanity and he will be laughing all the while. He first appears in the story Nyarlathotep by H.P.Lovecraft.
