Hey Guys! Another animation from me!Please wait for it to load
The inspiration for this drawing came from watching a Halo 3 walkthrough and seeing the epic moment when The Arbiter finishes off the Prophet of Truth. The Arbiter has to be my favorite video game character of all time for a number of reasons.
Song Used - Rue and Woe from the High Charity Suite on the Halo 2 Soundtrack
Character and song belong to Microsoft, Bungie studios, and Martin O'Donnell.

Julius from Saints Row, Barricade from Transformers: The Game, David Anderson from the Mass Effect series, and Sgt. Foley from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Those are pretty much the well known appearances in where he voices.
