Hey Guys! Another animation from me!Please wait for it to load
The inspiration for this drawing came from watching a Halo 3 walkthrough and seeing the epic moment when The Arbiter finishes off the Prophet of Truth. The Arbiter has to be my favorite video game character of all time for a number of reasons.
Song Used - Rue and Woe from the High Charity Suite on the Halo 2 Soundtrack
Character and song belong to Microsoft, Bungie studios, and Martin O'Donnell.

yeah, he wanted to continue the family tradition of serving in the military, and he had the wild thought that "hey, maybe the spartans and ODST crazies will keep them from earth, i dont have to get a giant blue sword to the chest!" but, when the covies came,he proved very useful against them.

Well, 116 has proven himself, like every SPARTAN-II. He's just not a Hyper Lethal Vector... at least, not yet.
