THis texture looks amazing;But how do you use textures? Like to use in Sai or something

what i do is save the image to my computer, open up a drawing/picture i want to edit in my favorite software, and click 'open as layer' under 'file'. then i select the texture i want, open it up as a new layer, and fiddle with the layer mode! i recommend overlay and multiply. <3 not sure if SAI has options like that, though. :0
