Description
When Skye came home after the hell that was the Megalith Incident, he was very warmly greeted by his family and Pokémon, including his Houndoom, Höllenfeuer (or Heelie, since his name is hellfire in German, and Skye can't pronounce it for shit).
But when Skye saw him running full force in his direction, he suffered a bad flashback of being attacked by Team Flare's Houndour and Houndoom, and went into a very strong panic attack. (He had a similar reaction when his mother's Drapion tried to welcome him back.)
Höllenfeuer kept his distance for a while, in case he caused Skye to panic again, but thankfully Skye knew that Heelie wasn't doing any harm so it wasn't too long for them to reunite for real.
Höllenfeuer is a "bully breed" Houndoom, which means his father was a Snubbull/Granbull! He is obviously based on bully breeds like Staffordshire Bull Terriers and Pitbulls, to which I have a massive soft spot for.
He is also the father to Skye's Rockruff/Lycanroc, Dexter! which reminds me that i i need to update dexter's design since heelie has a proper design now
fun fact; in gold/silver/crystal, houndour were only found in route 7 at night, which means houndour could only ever be found in kanto!
