Yes it's a few days late but June 1971 was the first comic book appearance of Chuck Clayton in Archie Comics. 7 months before a certain Green Lantern with the name of a talk show host.Chuck would later co-lead Archie at Riverdale High for almost 50 issues.
And had is own graphic novel Cartoon Life of Chuck Clayton.
