and here's the ref sheet i really dont know what else to say about him other than i think his naming is clever and i do also have info on what happened to his friends and the world he lives in
basically he's from a slightly corrupted GD-ROM (GDI file?? idk man i tried looking into what file type dreamcast games are but im seeing multiple answers) of sonic adventure and he's just. really lonely
he found a way out of his ROM, per se, and posted it online to try and well. see if anyone could fix his ROM so he can just have the life he used to have back
he's able to communicate with people who have the ROM installed on any device (though mainly computers)
he doesn't try to be malicious but if something happens and he gets into a bad hysteric episode he can. really wreck the PC if he wanted. though most times he'll just delete the ROM and be on his way
