Backstory :
Veda was born in the Sol Dimension on one of the hidden islands around 2 thousand years ago. After her parents found out about her dark magic and her eye, her parents had to hide her from the rest of their village, or they would take away and or kill Veda. Part of Veda’s life she had to stay inside and wasn’t aloud to go anywhere and pretty much stayed in the same room. She was aware why she couldn’t go, and never knew the outside world. The villagers grew suspicious of Veda’s parents, wondering why they’ve never seen their child outside of their home for around 5 or 6 years. Veda’s parents told the villagers that Veda was always sick, hence why she had to stay inside. Veda’s parents made a mistake even speaking of Veda to them. One night the elder and the villagers broke into their home to see what Veda’s parents were really hiding from them. After seeing Veda and her eye, they tried attacking Veda, and Veda tried defending herself. Veda’s parents did everything they could to protect Veda, but failed being slaughtered in front of Veda in the process. Veda was taken away to Mobius traveling through the zones. Veda was imprisoned and tortured there for years. Veda wanted to end her life but had nothing to do it with. They didn’t torture enough to kill her, but enough to make her feel pain and go insane. They wanted to use her for evil purposes. They used Veda’s magic on other prisoners, but Veda’s magic got weaker and weaker, and her eye got worse and worse. Her eye got so bad from overusing her magic it started to bleed. They put bandages around her eye to stop the bleeding, but it still hurt and still hurts to this day. One night Veda awoke to screams in the hall. She looked out her cellar seeing bodies fall down one by one. She was frightened to see that, but was hoping to be saved. A group of six came down the hallway freeing Veda and any other prisoners. Ari, was one of them. Ari told Veda who Veda truly is, explaining that she’s a “Soul” meant to stop a powerful being who takes other people’s souls for power. Veda didn’t want to believe this, but did anyway because the six people who saved her, had the same type of eye she did. While leaving the prison, Veda took a knife from one of the dead bodies lying on the ground. After leaving, Veda tried stabbing herself, ending her life. One of the souls immediately tried stopping her taking the knife out of her hands. Veda realized that she shouldn’t end her life, and went with Ari and the other five that saved her. Ari saw that Veda’s magic was weak due to her eye being damaged. Ari decided to put Veda’s magic energy into a staff she created so Veda’s magic wasn’t so unstable. Veda traveled with them looking for Gandalfur, and bonding with them along the way. Ari was the hardest to bond with, due to her being more quiet and less open than the others. Veda managed to make a very strong bond with Ari, and she never wanted these friendships to end. After a long while of searching for Gandalfur, they managed to find where he was hiding. It seemed he was resting, making him a little weaker than usual, which gave them an advantage. Ari thought that they would finally defeat him, and Ari would have completed her mission once and for all. Veda was instructed to wait outside while the rest go in. She’s supposed to come once the fight is brought outside. She was waiting for a long while, wondering why it was taking so long. She then decided to check the hideout. When she got there she saw Ari stab her teammates as rain started to fall from the darkened sky. Veda was shocked to see this, and ran to her friend’s bodies immediately after. Veda thought Ari was a monster, and wouldn’t let Ari explain herself. Gandalfur’s armies retreated. Veda was afraid of Ari then, and separated from her trying to live her own life. She was confused why Ari would even do that, since they were so close, Veda assumed she knew everything there is to know about Ari. Veda tried living on her own, but struggled. She had to hunt for food and live in a small home she made in the forest. Veda tried ending her life multiple times, but never had the courage to do it, even though she thought she did years ago. Veda was constantly in pain, and always had nightmares about that night when all of her friends were killed. Every time it rains she thinks about that day, every time she has to change her bandages she thinks about that day. After awhile she decided she wanted to get stronger, and improve her magic. She also wanted to get revenge on Ari, for the misunderstanding. Veda trained trying to get strong enough to defeat Ari once and for all. Veda then searched for Ari, but never had any luck in finding her. Veda still searches for Ari now, and once she finds her, she will try getting the revenge she wanted.
