This is so totally awesome...I like the effects to it...some parts are crisper and some more blurry, emphasizing different details...just perfect...that's all I can say.

Great work but i personally think if the light only came from the direction of the moon, than it would ve been soooo much better. Now she's like sitting under a street light. My suggestion would be to cast light just from the sun and darken her left side in shadows. Great work on all other areas though. Keep it up.

The first time I saw this, I was captured by the entire beauty. Sadly to say, I prefer the thumbnail because the face on the whole did not look as together as the thumbnail. I think it could have been smoother, but none the less, I love it. +fav

You know, the overall look of this picture is wonderful, the atmosphere is alluring. I really like this kind of sad pictures and you made it look very well with all those cold colors and moonlight. I especially like the moonlight, it gives the picture its own incredible and unique taste, if you know what I mean. I also like the feel of the trees and branches. It's like a scenery in a scary movie, or something.
The only problem about the background is connected with the moon itself. You see, for me it looks just like a white, shining orb without any connection with the picture at all. There's also the problem with a missing twig which is hidded behind the moon, which is of course physically impossible.
About the fairy... I really, really like her eyes. They contrast with the rest of the picture and draw attention to themselves. They show that the girl is very much alive and kicking, and not just apathetic. I love her hair and the moonlight reflections. Hair is probably my favorite thing about humans and well drawn hair makes me smile.
I'm not really sure about what she is sitting on. What is it? And it bothers me that the whole right part of her is hidden behind a shadow, but then again, maybe it's necessary. I'm not a very good artist and I don't have any idea about shading, perspective and other kind of things, so don't be angry with me if I say something that is ridiculous. ^_^
The last thing is about the wings themselves. I'm a wing fanatic, so this was the first thing I've noticed about this picture. Maybe they are not the wings I love (big, white feathered and fluffy^^), but I like them anyway. It's interesting that they are transparent, but then again I shouldn't be surprised, because it's a fairy. What bothers me, though, is the fact that they are so stiff. Maybe it's a fairy thing, I don't know, but I always thought that, even if the feathers themselves have to be strong, the wings with feathers should look more soft and flexible.
Oh, and I was just wondering... How did you create the fairy? In photoshop, free hand or was it taken from another picture? I just don't know. I'm not familiar with the drawing techniques.
