After Gohan and Trunks were out of commission and needing to recover from fighting the Androids in the Amusement Park, 17 propose that they try something different and have Him and 18 spilt up to individual cities to cause Havok. First ones to kill all the Humans first wins. Android 18 obviously thought it was needless but decided to agree on the game only because she wants to best her brother. Upon searching for city or town to destroy she comes across Penguin village where she meets Arale and Senbei Norimaki, looking uninterested but still decides to carry on this game. Senbei has heard of 2 androids wrecking cities after cities which terrified him, especially meeting one of them face to face. Hatching an idea, using her naive nature, he told Arale that the tall woman other there wants to play the Flattened TFs game with her which is why she's here. (when in reality, he is only having her do this for... other reasons) in which Arale hearing this gets excited and gives Android 18 a TFs of a lifetme...
