Tools Used: Adobe Photoshop + Adobe Illustrator

Description: This is a pretty early 4-panel comic I did as a study in adding text and speech bubbles to my images. This was also around the time I was taking Japanese and so I released both an English and Japanese version of the strip.

Lessons Learned: I learned a lot about combining paths in Illustrator as well as a lot about text and text transformations.

Criticisms: This was still pretty early on in my digital comp career so there's a bit to unpack. There's an inconsistency in the house color between panels 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. Also this was before I started shading in photoshop and the stark black of the shadow looks a bit too stark at least IMO. Also some of the poses look unnatural (I have 0 life drawing classes under my belt; need to do something about that).
