Messing around with some paint tools in CSP and I end up doodling this. I think I'll use this for my concept story off these characters of mine.
Thank you Winged Canvas discord for their advice on additional rim light on this art that I missed.
This was another attempt at doing Color Key art.
What is color key?
The artist uses this to create background paintings and color keys for lighting and materials, it reads as a color script to guide production teams who use it for animated features, series, animated shorts and, Games.
Sometime the character in the art is not always detail the focused of the color key is as the name is. But it all depends on the project.
