Hailing from Ireland, a banshee is a female spirit that heralds death. Dressed in the tattered robes she was buried in, with unnaturally pale hair and a visage of pure horror, the Banshee is truly terrifying to gaze upon. A Banshee will begin to wail when death is imminent, and her screams have been known to drive those who hear them insane. If you ever see a comb lying on the ground along the highway you must never pick it up; for it is most certainly a trap laid by a Banshee to lure you to your death.
