'The Guiltless Assassin'

A hostile ghost which has a habit of first watching then attacking. He has a rather average intelligence. Though his logic is sometimes over run with the instinct to kill.

His left arm is now bone and has been died cerulean blue from the blood that once pumped through his body. His mouth has been fused shut yet he is still able to make noise.

His artifact is an old rusted metal brooch with a mezezo broad stripe Ethiopian opal at the center.
