You are getter more amazing each time! I personally prefer just uploaded the penciled version then coloring in that. XD OR line arting the penciled version then coloring it. Either way, a penciled version is always involved

Gelebor!
I love how his piercing blue eyes stand out in the dark.
It seems you used the same (or similar) brush/texture for the skin and the hair. I recommend trying to keep the textures for each different surface different if you're trying to get some texture in your paintings. The brush you used works for the hair, but I recommend keeping the skin a bit smoother.
(I also still see a few black lines. A bit around the nose. and that line between the nose and mouth).
Oh. and I challenge you to not cover your character in darkness with your next painting.
If you do, then I challenge you to use reflective light or another light source.
I know it's difficult. But that way you are forced to figure out how to give shape to the entire character. Which will help you improve.
Also, I hope I don't give you the impression that I don't like these paintings. Or give you the impression that you're not doing it right or something. (I'm still learning myself...) I do like them. 
I just hope you find my pathetic attempt at advice at least somewhat useful. xD;
