Silver Star had reduced Spider-Woman to a twitching, drooling ragdoll who hung limp in her grasp. Repeated blows to the heroine's face had dislodged the right lens of her goggles, leaving that eye bruised and swollen. The other lens had been shattered.From time to time Silver Star would slap her awake. She would toy with her only briefly before punching her back into unconsciousness.
