Ambushed by a single costumed assailant on what was to have been a simple reconnaissance mission, the Amazonian team of Drusilla and Hesperia were fighting a losing battle. In less than a minute the Amazonian powerhouse Hesperia had been eliminated from the battle.

The Russian agent Starshin Krasyn wasted little time in dispatching Drusilla. Her distraction at her downed Amazonian cousin granted him an easy opportunity to close in quickly. He ducked a kick, then twisting around by using his own momentum, he rose up and pummelled the Amazon’s head back and forth with fist strikes. Each of his blows deftly evaded her attempts at blocking and parrying. Sidestepping a wobbly highkick he plucked her out of the air by her ankle and twirled her around with each revolution increasing in speed.
Hesperia moaned, though she was unaware of her cousin’s plight. She had leapt from the rooftop to the wrecking ball in a series of somersaults. Her theatrical entrance had led to a quick defeat. She was felled by a cinderblock which Starshin had hurled at her head, shattering both concrete and consciousness in the blink of an eye.
