Place a little more exaggeration on those emotions. Even if the character has a calm demeanor he should be able to express any emotion. I would love to see more character sheets from you, especially facial expression ones like this.

Very nice. A very interesting looking picture, I like him! A good set of emotions too, it gives you a real sense of the character.
