Replaces Luke's C2.

Luke in his new outfit from Street Fighter 6 (but in SF5). The hair didn't really work in the SF5 engine so I came up with a substitute.
(Differences from my Patreon version: addressed some clipping issues, added detail normals, tweaked the mask file, added SF6 P2 colors).

I've switched to the FMM format since PMM seems to be dead for now, so use the FluffyQuack mod manager to install.
