I fancy myself a Kallen and Shirley, but I have a hard time deciding who I like more lol although I definitely had a bloody nose during that one episode when Kallen was showering next to Lelouche in the earlier part of R1 lol damm he's lucky! XD

Each girl has their own pros and cons, i lean towards C.C personally. Ah yeah that was a great scene, for lots of reasons ;]

C.C. - she's an interesting case, but she's still very pretty in her way, but she can be a bit strange for my taste sometimes lol
Shirley - She's really beautiful and has a pretty face like Orihime from Bleach, and it's cute how she's a little ditsy sometimes and embarrassed about her crush on Lelouch lol
Kallen - I would say she's alot like Sakura (not just for her looks though lol) Sure she's amazingly beautiful like Shirley and them (maybe even more so lol), but what really captures me to her is how passionate and strong her mind is. She really cares about her people, and will go into hell for them in a second if needed (especially for Lelouch lol ;] )
So you're right, I think there's something in each female character in Code Geass that makes me like them for one reason or another
