Detailed Quirk Description: Has a black piece of cloth floating around that can steal a bit of life force in contact. The amount stolen can be estimated that a full-grown man will last at least 1 hour before his life force will be totally drained. That said, it can also steal life force from other things like plants and duration of materials. An object or living thing that is completely drained will turn into dust.

On the other side, the cloak can also heal others as long as the life force reserve that it stolen from others is not empty and of course in contact with the target. Note that it’s heal effect can’t cure poison or disease but can cure wounds or regenerate lost limbs. Unlock when stealing life force, it will only take at least 1 minute to fully reproduce a limb.

History: Lifprasir the Lich Queen at first is actually a villain. Wearing a black cloak that devoid light, see did her crimes of assassinations. The reason she was called Lich Queen is because of her unreasonable regeneration during her assaults. Going straight to her target without caring even if she loses a limb or two then escape.

As time passed Lifprasir finally decided to retire as a villain, but the thing is, she is part of a big organization. Joining is easy but leaving is quite hard. When she requested to leave, she was asked to do one last mission. Obviously, the mission is a trap to silence her eternally, and with that in mind she accepted it. Yes, she accepted it because another obvious thing is that they will kill her on the spot if she refused.

At the day of her mission, Lifprasir abandon it and apply for a job as a hero instructor. Normally, a criminal will be caught on the spot but she made a deal with the information of her former organization in exchange of being an instructor and to be protected from it. Though the deal is accepted, she was still in heavy surveillance in case she tries to do any villain activity again.

Trivia: Have cool and strong personality but is actually scared of ghosts. That’s why she stays at home during her birthday because it’s also the day for Halloween.
