Description
A sketch based on my fanfiction 75 Years. In the chapter dealing with the Fifth Hunger Games, Lachlan Hennessey calls out the Capitol for the way they treated the Tributes, as well as the Capitol's desecration of his twin brother's corpse over his alliance with the Districts 10 and 11 Tributes. Yes, Lachlan is a Tribute in the story. The reason why it's a WIP is because until I get some more markers it's going to be left unfinished. I don't often draw Tributes from my own fanfiction.
