Concept art sketches about designing the character for Ego Queen Alexis for the appearance in the Quest for Knowledge series, she also did the voice acting for the character.After the head and left shoulder plate has been decided it was time to create the whole body design. It was based on her cosplay outfit first which had arm plates shoulders, a top , then pants and armored boots, from then I went back to Chaos and Slaneesh imagery and references for inspiration and selected some themes. From daemonettes to greater daemons then further on to named characters to see what features I should use for another named character that has to be fitting into the overall established imagery, yet must be unique and has to stand out from the rest. Afterwards I made sketches and selected these four with different pieces and themes for presentation. From these one can put together all the versions one wants.
