Step Three: Shake like crazy
Repeat. (this way the shaking in real-time is twice as fast. XDD)

It's glitched for me.
He shakes it once and then stops. Then when I scroll up or down, it stays where it is, disappearing when it goes off the edge of the flash boundary.
