I can always image that these two could've been the best of friends. And thanks to all of the fan art I feel that they actually might have been.

I semi-ship it, but I believe that Discord really loved Celestia at some point and time when they were friends, but she simply didn't like him like that, and so that's what caused him to turn so bitter and evil. There was a really cool comic about it but I don't remember what it was called :I Anyway, cute picture!!

Thanks! There's always the bit where it gets confusing. It starts with "Why was he turned to stone?" So many theories and they all kind of make sense! My favorite being that his little games went too far and got ponies hurt and Tia had to do her royal duty and protect her loyal subjects.

Well, the show says that he was turned to stone because he was causing such chaos within Equestria (sometime after Equestria was made, I assume). I'm probably reading too deep into it, but the way she spoke to Discord was as though she knew him well before (other than being her enemy lol).
Anyway, one-sided Dislestia is my favorite with the pairing. My all-time favorite pairing is LunaSqueak. HNNNNG

Ha!I just like to draw ponies. I haven't gone too far into their histories. Just enough that I can successfully draw them without them looking out of character.

I'm so horrible at animals. But I do alright with ponies. I can pull it off in most cases. The complete fails never make it to the scanner.

it's weird drawing them sitting down, i'm like, "oh fuck dat anatomy" but i think it ends up looking ok. i doodle ponies in class all the time XD

I look at several references before I actually try a new pose. I had three windows open of Discord from different angles with different expressions to get this one picture.

I also look at sketches by other people so that I can spot basic anatomy. It's always good to have multiple references.

A lot of story is put behind these two, even with Luna in some of the fandom.
Some with them being friends, some with 'Tia and Discord shipping, some with Discord wanting 'Tia and she rejects him, leading to his state, etc.
There's so much behind these two it's not even funny.

I've seen all of the fan art (while looking for a Discord reference) and read one fanfic. I mean... They're absolutely adorable together! It doesn't matter their history, only a real hater wouldn't accept that it seems reasonable that they could have been together.
And thank you! I only color with marker when I'm stuck at school and don't have my laptop. Since I have it right now... COLOR ALL THE DRAWINGS!
