Ewwwww! Hmmm, now that I think of it, this reminds me of a friend of mine.
For some reason, I'm wondering why you decided to include the upper arm internals, but nothing in the legs. Perhaps as this monstrosity feeds on his victims, he gains more solidity.
And, since I didn't mention it, excellent attention to detail and shading.

that's absolutely amazing. surely you had one of those human anatomy books with you to do this!
a fantastically original concept, pulled off with stunning technical skill. i am totally blown away, this is the coolest thing i have seen in weeks. much better than the past month's DDs.
the ghost-like look to the rest of the body is great, as (of course) is the interior detailing
the layering of different 'elements' of the body, as well as some fantastic colouring and shading really showcases some talent.
my artist watch expands once again...
