Well this is like the last naruto wallpaper but I spent A LOT MORE TIME on the flames
I soooo tried to make them be yellow and red BUT they look really bad afterwards... gotta keep practicing 
anyway here you go total pictures:

The smudge tool in photoshop cs2 is a VERY useful tool if you need to amke flames or fire. It can also be used to blur stuff. FUN! FUN!
