Leta is always on the move and rarely sticks around long enough to get to know others. Having struck out on her own some time ago in search of an identity separate from her family Leta joined up with the archeologists guild, got in trouble with the law once or twice, had a brief stint in Wellstone and then Petey Burro before leaving those places too. She refuses to return home as a failure who put on a big show of leaving but has stayed in Rumba Sumba for extended lengths of time when she feels the longing for more comfortable living. She does, despite her reclusive tendencies, sometimes go out and interact with others, go to festivals and celebrations, and participate in guild work (and admittedly enjoys these things too), but these social outings, aside from work which Leta tries to do more regularly, are not something she does often.

Leta is also fairly smart, being able to learn and commit things to memory quickly and make use of what she has around her for survival. The transition from living in a house with others to camping alone most nights was not a seamless or clean one, but she considers herself to have adapted well to the change. While she spends most of her time camping out between settlements, Leta doesn't like sleeping on the ground and actually carries a hammock in her supply bag, but if the hammock is unavailable would sooner try to keep her grip in the branches of a tree or lay on a rock than on the ground itself. She also carries a distaste for mud, bugs, and varmints, but has found cooking over open fires to be a pleasant and meditative time and the company of her pets in the lonely wilderness to be more than welcome.
