Well I tried showing my little sister how to make a blizzard snowing effect for any picture, but she said "why are you copying and pasting?" My heart shattered so much XDD I was like "SIS HOW DOES THIS *Shows original picture* TO THIS!? *Shows working in progress picture*" Then she said "It looks like a puppy..." And that gave me an idea, I plan on making a OC, a new one, and this time a girl, Her name is gonna be Neko~!
