Payo was mildly interested in the jam session, but with all the wind students manipulating sound, it was a bit of a mess of sounds...Payo noticed a water student overwhelmed with all the noise (and having a similar reaction to how Baxter would in the same situation), so she helped him calm down by making all the noise quieter around them, and moved away from the crowds
The ability also helped keep Zhen Bao asleep after they played themselves to sleep
